Universal Studios Japan based in Osaka , Japan is one of three Universal Studios theme parks, is owned and operated by USJ Co., Ltd. ( TYO : 2142 ). The park is similar to Universal Orlando Resort , since it contains many of the same rides.

On 31st March, 2001; this theme park was started. In 5005, Goldman Sachs turned out to be the leading share holder of this theme park. In this year, around 11 million people paraded to this theme park with the aim of happiness, adventure and thrill. Covering an area of 130 acres, the studio is largest with many rides. There are around 5 hotels (the hotel Keihan Universal city, the hotel Kintetsu Universal city, the hotel Keihan Universal tower, the hotel Universal port and the hotel park front hotel at Universal Studios, Japan) in and around the theme park. The Universal City Walk forms the entrance of the theme park. The tourists who visited her are mainly from Japan and the Asian countries. This park is so famous that the 10th anniversary of the theme park was celebrated in the year 2011 with various events for the tourists who visited over there. Based upon the age group and the number of days the visitor wishes to visit the studio, the tickets range differs. This review gives the thrill level of all the riders in this studio.

To describe the rides over here, each and every thing is unique and different. The Hollywood themed attractions are the Shrek 4-D, the Sesame Street 4-D Movie Magic, playing with the curious George, the Hollywood Dream ride, the space fantasy ride and the Universal Monsters Rock and Roll show. Being inspired by the Steven Spielberg’s super film, there arose the attractions like the Jurassic Park ride and the flying dinosaur. Being attracted to the Minion character lead to the development of attractions like the Freeze lay sliders and the Despicable Me Minion Mayhem. Following the Jaws series, Amity Island was found with the ride Jaws. The Water world themed ride is the live sea war spectacular.

Most visitors are Japanese tourists or tourists from other Asian countries as the Republic of China and South Korea .

 

In 2005, Goldman Sachs became the largest shareholder of Universal Studios Japan. Universal still has a small minority in the park. The park opened on March 31, 2001. 11 million people joined Universal Studios Japan in its first year of operation, the hit faster than any park reached.
