Alabama is a state in the United States. Regions: Gulf Coast, Mobile Bay, Baldwin County, & Mobile County. Other objects are Little River Canyon National Preserve and Russell Cave National Monument. Many (but certainly not all) locals speak with local accents, so it will be difficult for English-native speakers can understand it.
Alabama has five interstate highways reached: the I-10 crosses the state from east to west in the south near Mobile; I-20 reaches the state in the east is from Birmingham , bundled with I-59 and leaves the country to the southwest; reaches I-59 in northeast Alabama and meets in Birmingham on I-20; reaches I-65 north Alabama, Birmingham crosses and ends in Mobile; I-85 reaches the state in the east and ends in Montgomery.
There exists a daily Amtrak connection with the State: The pair of trains 19 (southbound) and 20 (north) runs from New York City and Washington (DC) to New Orleans and vice versa. In Gulf Shores is in October, the annual Crab Festival held. Over 300 sellers will offer painting, crafts and of course lots of crabs. Three stages will be played throughout the festival music. About 200,000 people annually attend the festival, in the south it is one of the top 20 among the events. 2006 celebrates its 35th event Birthday. Hiking Alabama offers some akzeptabele hiking. One of the best areas is the Sipsey Wilderness .
